With 10 years of experience in print design, I specialize in creating magazine layouts, illustrations, photo processing, and typesetting. Additionally, I have created event materials ranging from handbills to banners, as well as branding and logo designs. Web design and coding have been passions of mine for more than four years, expanding my understanding of UX/UI design. I am proficient in multiple web languages, building responsive communication visuals for the web.

Create magazine layouts and prepare the monthly issue for print. Work with community designers to ensure all layouts meet SLUG standards. Build UI components and wireframe mockups for the SLUG website. Use web coding languages to design components and resolve WordPress site issues. Design and produce materials for SLUG events.

Manage the website development team to help solve broad approaches to problems. Work with multiple teams to help shape ideas into concepts. Oversee other designers’ work throughout the design process, ensuring standards are met and the intended concept is adhered to through final deliverables.
